Real parents do not ask a 3 year old what they want to eat or if they are ready to go to bed. Parents you had them the child did not give birth to you. Diet is important for the mind, body and overall well-being of a child. Feed them a healthy breakfast, lunch and cook dinner. A 3 and 4 year old still needs a nap after lunch about 2:00 pm. Bedtime should be 7:30 or 8:00 pm. Children do not just need structure they want it. As parents our children look to us to be the head and not the tail. We are the first God our children knows. Ask a person in prison how he/she got there. They will have a story that steams from some event in there childhood.
